Cancellations, Transfers, and Things to Know
Registration Cancellation Deadline: 22 August 2026
Full refund for change of plans will be available until 22nd August 2026, after this date, refunds are no longer available due to venue and event planning commitments, however instead of cancelling, registrations may be transferred to a colleague.
Transfers
All requests to transfer must be emailed to admin@its-australia.com.au. Requests must be approved and actioned by ITS Australia prior to 22 September 2026. Transfers will not be available from 22 September 2026 onwards.
Invoice Payments cut-off date
From 22 August 2026 onwards, all registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. Invoice payments will no longer be accepted; credit card payment only.
Prices
All rates are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
